ALL Images are delivered in two file sizes: MLS resolution for web use, and High resolution (3000 x 2000) for use when creating print outs, magazine ads, or flyers via Google Drive or WeTransfer. All Images are color corrected, adjusted for brightness, contrast, and exposure and sky is replaced as necessary.

Cloudy day? Don't worry, all services include blue sky replacement at no additional cost!

Cancellation Charges

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $40 penalty.

Image Usage

All images are copyrighted and are the intellectual property of Twilite Real Estate Photography. The images are licensed to you for use, based on the package you purchase. Twilite Real Estate Photography is committed to protecting the interests, intellectual property rights and livelihood of the company.The real estate agent or client is granted Temporary Usage Rights to use those images until the property is either sold, rented or otherwise goes off the market. If you need to re-use images for more than a single, one-time listing, you will need to purchase permanent usage rights. Once it has been sold, you must purchase permanent usage rights to continue using for your marketing purposes.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Clients should clean and move objects prior to the shoot. If the space isn’t ready by the start of the appointment and rescheduling is necessary, a $40 penalty will be applied. See Twilite's Official Staging Guide for how to prepare your space here.
