Jim Murray is the owner and founder of Twilite Real Estate Photography in Raleigh, NC. He has been a professional photographer in North Carolina for four years and specializes in residential and commercial real estate in the Triangle area. Jim also has additional experience with weddings and nature photography, portrait and landscape images, and blue and golden light photoshoots to complement each style.

Jim is passionate about the combined art and science of photography, from infinite lighting variations to the camera equipment itself. He enjoys taking that knowledge and collaborating with clients to find ways to capture and accentuate their home, realize their vision and help them build their business as a result.

In his free time, Jim enjoys going on adventures with his grandson, visiting the beach, running and going to concerts.

We offer MLS images, high-quality prints up to 60”, virtual and traditional Twilite images, Social Media teasers (Instagram and Facebook) and Headshots for Realtors.

The standard fee for MLS images is $125. A la carte services are at an additional cost.

Easily book on our online form. If you have any specific requests, please list them in the booking form. You will get instant confirmation upon request submission.

No. For specific requests, it is best to be present during the appointment. However, if you are unable to be there, don’t worry. Twilite Real Estate Photography can proceed with the session as planned provided there is access to the property (lockbox or keys). It can also be helpful to provide a punch list/shot list if you’re unable to be present during the appointment.

Photos are generally edited and delivered the following business day after the appointment. Photos that require additional editing might be delivered within 2 business days.

Twilite Real Estate Photography is committed to providing high quality photos. However, sometimes for some very specific reasons, you may not be happy with the final images. If this happens, Twilite Real Estate Photography will work with you to re-edit the images or reshoot the property at no extra costs. One revision is allowed after the project is delivered. If there is a specific look or layout you need, please provide the information prior to the shoot.

Twilite Real Estate Photography invoices you upon the completion of editing the images. An invoice will be emailed after the photos have been delivered. You can pay via debit/credit card, PayPal or check.

Twilite Real Estate Photography is happy to assist you no matter what your connection is to the property. Clients range from homeowners, real estate agents and brokers, developers, and even Airbnb hosts.

Twilite Real Estate Photography provides headshot photos for real estate agents at a discounted rate of $50.

No. When you purchase images, you receive unlimited right to use the photos for marketing of the listing and for headshots on any website or social media site. The licensing agreement will be given to you upon payment of the invoice. Twilite Real Estate Photography retains all copyright and ownership over all photographs and videos.

No. Twilite Real Estate Photography cannot access MLS for you. Nevertheless, photographs are delivered properly sized for MLS and can be readily uploaded on your side.

The time to set up a photoshoot can vary due the the photographer, property availability, and/or type of services ordered. Twilite Real Estate Photography aims to schedule the session within three business days.

Cancellations owing to inclement weather will not be subject to a cancellation fee. All other cancellations require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a $40 fee.

Yes. While the focus is generally on the overall space and layout of a property, unique features can be photographed upon request. Please share these requests in the order form.

Yes. These amenities can be photographed for an additional cost. Please schedule this in advance.

Twilight photo shoots are schedule 20 minutes prior to sunset. The session lasts for 30-45 minutes to capture the property as the sky darkens and the sun’s fading light glows.
